The entire testing cycle is fully automated. Once leak detection is done, the system intelligently sorts and outputs containers based on test results: qualified products move smoothly to the next step. Importantly, any container that fails the airtightness test will trigger an immediate alert at the corresponding workstation; more importantly, the system automatically removes these unqualified bottles from the production flow.
